1. About Autopagy

Autopagy is a platform that connects car dealers with potential buyers. Autopagy is not a party to, intermediary in, or representative of any transaction between dealers and buyers. By using Autopagy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

You must register with a valid email address to use Autopagy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers using the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about listed vehicles
• Respond to buyer enquiries in a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with all applicable data protection regulations regarding customer data
• Maintain appropriate insurance and legal documentation for their business

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers may browse listings and contact dealers. Autopagy is not a party to any transaction between buyers and dealers and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of negotiations or purchases.

5. Pricing

Autopagy is currently free. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with advance notice. No charges will be applied without prior communication.

6. Content and Listings

Dealers retain ownership of their listings and content. By uploading content, you grant Autopagy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, including publishing listings on third-party partner platforms when you enable cross-posting. Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use Autopagy to publish or transmit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent, including fictitious listings or inaccurate vehicle information
• Relates to stolen vehicles or vehicles without clear legal title
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Autopagy platform, including its design, code, and database, belong to Autopagy. Users retain ownership of the content they submit. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Autopagy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopagy's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or if we discontinue the service. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice before taking action. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
